These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website https://perfecttio.com and to any purchase made from Perfecttio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell functional products for automotive, workshop, and everyday use, as well as custom solutions where offered.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, finish, or appearance may occur. Custom products may differ from standard catalogue items based on your requirements.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may update product information, prices, or availability at any time.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or payment fails).

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.

Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, unless otherwise required by law.

If a package is damaged on arrival, please contact us promptly with photos and order details.

5. Returns, cancellations, and EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union / European Economic Area buying online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to exceptions under applicable law (for example, custom-made products made to your specifications).

To withdraw, email us at perfecttio@perfecttio.com with your order number. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of withdrawal, in unused condition with original packaging where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or we delivered the wrong item.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned goods, within the timeframes required by law.

Defective or incorrect items: contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by Latvian and EU consumer protection law.

6. Custom solutions

Custom design, machining, or made-to-order work is based on agreed specifications. Once production has started, custom orders may not be cancellable or returnable unless the product is defective or we failed to follow the agreed specifications.

Any timelines for custom work are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, product designs, text, images, and logos belonging to Perfecttio remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including liability for defective products where mandatory.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. EU consumers also keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the “Last updated” date.
